My experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. While the location is certainly convenient, with easy access to local attractions, I can't overlook the poor condition of the rooms and the lack of efficient service. The furniture in our suite was in disrepair, and we encountered several maintenance issues that were not promptly addressed. I expected more from this brand, especially for the price we paid.
